EARNINGS
As of April 22, 2026, a new Communication Officer can earn up to $49,010 after one year.
LISTED BELOW IS A BREAKDOWN OF ANNUAL EARNINGS
| Base starting salary | $43,321 – annually $20.83 hourly |
| After six months from the date of hire (3% merit increase) | $44,280 – annually $21.29 hourly |
| After one year from the date of hire (3% merit increase) | $45,260 – after one year |

Shift Hours
- Days | 5:25 a.m. – 5:25 p.m.
- Nights | 5:25 p.m. – 5:25 a.m. (additional $1.00/hour)
- Fixed shifts with rotating days off
